Advanced building diagnostics: Performance Systems Contracting uses state-of-the-art tools and techniques to identify, diagnose, and correct home performance problems. Our "whole-house" approach allows us to find the most effective and cost-effective solutions to home performance problems. Design consultations and home energy ratings: If you're planning a new house or a major renovation, we can work with you, your architect, and your builder to make sure the building's performance meets or exceeds your expectations.

Quality home improvements: As a fully insured contractor, PSC offers a range of home improvement services, including furnace/boiler upgrades, insulation, air sealing, window and door installation, and general carpentry. PSC's building performance consultants field-check the quality of all installations, using advanced diagnostic tools such as infrared cameras where appropriate. All homes receive combustion safety tests upon job completion.

Low-interest financing: As a New York State Home Performance with Energy Star partner, we offer our customers access to Energy $mart financing for qualified home improvements.
